Jim Jirjis, M.D., and 700,000 hard working volunteers have whipped up a sweet new way to raise funds for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Honey from the 14 beehives Jirjis maintains — some 3,400 jars worth — will go on sale in early August around the Medical Center, with the proceeds going to Children’s Hospital.
