Heart Walk '99
Thousands of walkers swarmed the Vanderbilt University and Medical Center campus for Sunday’s American Heart Association Heart Walk. The walk, hosted by VUMC, helps raise funds for heart disease and stroke research. Approximately 5,500 walkers – both two- and four-legged – representing groups and businesses from all across the region turned out for the event.
