Sarah Stein checks in at Summer 2010 Nurse Residency orientation on Monday. There are 162 incoming nurses in the program, which is designed to help new nurses make the transition from nursing school to professional practice with hands-on clinical experience and interactive education sessions in four separate specialty tracks.
