The Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and youth organizations across Nashville are teaming up this summer to fight childhood obesity and increase access to locally grown fruits and vegetables through the Veggie Project, which operates fresh-food markets in seven neighborhoods every Wednesday and Thursday through Aug. 12.
