A major project in which about a dozen photographers will document a 24-hour period at VUMC will take place Wednesday, June 22.
Photographs taken for the project will be used for the 2005-2006 Medical Center Annual Report, which will have the theme “A Day in the Life of VUMC.” All photographers will have Medical Center identification and will be responsible for obtaining signed patient consent forms. Photographers will begin work at 6 a.m. on Wed., June 22, and finish 24 hours later on Thurs., June 23. They will be fanning out across all areas of VUMC during that time, documenting the daily life of the Medical Center.
“We want everyone to be aware that these photographers are going to be with us for that time, and to help them whenever possible,” said Wayne Wood, director of publications for VUMC.
