Three named hospital medicine fellows

Three Vanderbilt University School of Medicine faculty members were inducted as Fellows of Hospital Medicine at the annual meeting of the Society for Hospital Medicine.

Fellowship is a distinction reserved for hospitalists who have at least five years of experience and have made meaningful contributions in clinical care, education, quality improvement, administration or research.

The inductees are: Elizabeth Ann Rice, M.D., assistant professor of Medicine; Kelly Sopko, M.D., assistant professor of Medicine; and Kelly Cunningham Sponsler, M.D., assistant professor of Medicine.
