New Clinician Spotlight: Lauren Porras

Lauren Porras, MD, has joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as associate professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery, director of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship and Team Physician for Vanderbilt Athletics.

An initiative at VUMC is helping patients recover more quickly from major surgery, leave the hospital earlier and have fewer side effects from their pain management.
