VEI book wins four regional ADDY awards

The Vanderbilt Eye Institute’s 50th anniversary book recently won four ADDY awards, including Best of Show in the print category, in the 2021 competition conducted by the Nashville chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).

Calkins named Assistant VP for Research at VUMC

David Calkins, PhD, director of the Vanderbilt Vision Research Center and vice chair and director for Research of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, has been appointed Assistant Vice President for Research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
