To celebrate the end of the academic year and to thank university and medical center faculty and staff for their commitment, hard work and dedication, all Vanderbilt employees are invited to an Employee Celebration Picnic on Friday, June 22.
The event will offer grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, dessert and drinks. It will be held twice at Medical Center Plaza, located adjacent to Vanderbilt University Hospital, on June 22 – from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Look for your favorite university and medical center leaders to serve your meal. Shuttles to the picnic will run 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. from Kirkland Hall, Magnolia Circle and the VCH shuttle stop.
Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks faculty and staff also will enjoy a picnic on the One Hundred Oaks campus from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 22, and those at Vanderbilt Health clinics in Williamson County can expect deliveries between 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
