IT Support: Contact information for VU and VUMC Help Desks

To ensure that Vanderbilt faculty and staff receive the best IT support possible, Vanderbilt IT wants to make the community aware of how to access the designated support teams for the university and Medical Center.

To ensure that Vanderbilt faculty and staff receive the best IT support possible, Vanderbilt IT wants to make the community aware of how to access the designated support teams for the university and Medical Center.

University Administrative Staff: Call (615) 343-9999 for desktop support or assistance with other IT issues. The Vanderbilt Managed Desktop Program (VMDP) and the Tech Hub are the two major support providers serving university administrative staff.

University Faculty and Staff: Contact your Distributed Technology Services (DTS) representative for all IT issues. The Tech Hub is available to support personal devices belonging to university faculty.

Medical Center Faculty and Staff: Call (615) 343-HELP (4357) for assistance with IT issues. The Clinical Application Support Team (CAST) and VUMC Help Desk are the two major support providers for all Medical Center employees.
