Vanderbilt Clinical Neuroscience Scholars Kathryn Unruh, left, Amy Palubinsky and program director BethAnn McLaughlin, Ph.D., represented the Vanderbilt Brain Institute at the Dan Marino Foundation’s annual WalkAbout Autism event recently at Sun Life Stadium in Miami. The event is named in honor of former Miami Dolphin Hall of Fame quarterback Marino, center. The Clinical Neuroscience Scholars program, supported by the Marino Foundation and the Suzanne and Walter Scott Foundation, pairs students with both a basic science mentor to support their dissertation research and a clinical mentor to shadow.
