VUMC’s PRIDE employee resource group (ERG) Education committee is hosting an event to inform members about the importance of preventative screenings, knowledge of treatments, and seeking essential treatment to improve quality of life and health outcomes.
“This Matters: Gynecologic Cancer Prevention” is set for noon Monday, April 24. The Guest Speaker is Catherine Watson, MD, who specializes in the medical and surgical management of cancers of the ovary, uterus, cervix, and vulva.
