Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Software Store will no longer offer the free option for Microsoft Audio Conferencing. Instead, VUMC IT Cloud Services will automatically assign free licenses to all employees.
Microsoft Audio Conferencing allows enhanced security and flexibility for employees who need to join a meeting on the go. This application allows users to dial-out to team members in the United States and Canada. The Software Store will continue to offer an international dial-out Microsoft Audio Conferencing option, but it will not be free. Employees should use the free option unless directed otherwise.
