Vanderbilt University’s Office of Brand Engagement and Governance will host an Internal Campus Supplier Vendor Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at the Student Life Center ballroom.
This is an opportunity to meet Vanderbilt’s approved apparel, awards and promotional product suppliers as they showcase their company’s capabilities and products. Anyone involved with sourcing and/or purchasing merchandise for internal use or to promote the university or Vanderbilt University Medical Center is invited to attend this free event.
Promotional giveaways from suppliers will be available to Vendor Fair attendees, and those who stop by every supplier booth will have an opportunity to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win additional prizes.
Selected catering vendors will be set up at the event to offer catering ideas and samples. Fair attendees must visit eight merchandise supplier booths before visiting the food vendor booths. No registration is necessary for the vendor fair but if you plan to attend please RSVP.
A training session will be offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. to the VU and VUMC community members who have previously ordered merchandise. This session will provide insights on selecting the appropriate promotional items for events and programs. Staff interested in attending this training session can register HERE.
