There will be two food trucks on the main campus each day of Nurses’ Week, May 6-10.
The announcement of the weeklong collection of portable culinary abundance was made by Brad Awalt, manager of Health Plus, which oversees VUMC food trucks.
The trucks are normally on campus each Wednesday, but this is the first time the trucks have been scheduled for a full week.
Among the participating trucks are the Mac Shack, No Fuss Taco, the Pepper Pot and Mama Joy’s Hot Chicken.
