A mobile MRI will be placed in the front drive by the main entrance to support Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt for approximately 7 months as the facility replaces an existing MRI. The installation will completely block off the front drive outside the main first floor entrance, although that entrance will remain open.
Drive lanes will remain open to access the Emergency Department and patient drop off that cannot be accommodated in the garage. VUPD will be on site to assist with traffic control as the trailer is brought in Sunday, May 5, and to help with flow thereafter.
