Vanderbilt Health & Wellness will present the “Your Health in Bloom” Health Fair at each of the regional hospitals.
Fair participants will discover simple steps to well-being, participate in “Know Your Numbers” and “Go for the Gold”, will have the opportunity to complete compliance services, and receive fun giveaways and snacks.
On Tuesday, May 21, the Health & Wellness team will be in the private dining room at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital from 10 a.m. to noon.
Also on Tuesday, May 21, the health fair will move to classroom 1101 at Vanderbilt Bedford County Hospital from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
On Tuesday, June 4, the health fair will take place in the Cedars Conference Room at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
