To assist clinical users with the medication reconciliation process, the Home Medication section has been updated.
This affects all clinical users who are involved with medication reconciliation process.
Home Medications that have not been reconciled during an admission will be highlighted in yellow. With the most recent upgrade, the Orders tab now shows a button to see Home Medications. If there are unreconciled medications, the button caption will be highlighted a dark yellow. Now the unreconciled medications on that list will also be highlighted in yellow to call attention to them.
