To increase system reliability, scalability, and flexibility, AgileMD will be updated on June 28 from midnight to 2 a.m. The update will also enhance security and resource efficiency. This will affect providers who access Pathways.
Details:
• AgileMD will be down and pathway access unavailable during the downtime window
• No actions are required by HealthIT or users of AgileMD pathways
• A banner will alert to the upcoming downtime at about 7 p.m. and during downtime a static webpage will be presented to users trying to access pathways
There is no need to enter a help desk ticket during this period as this is a planned outage
