The American Hospital Association (AHA) has recognized Vanderbilt Health for 100 years of membership, honoring a century of leadership, innovation, and commitment to advancing health care.

Presented as part of the AHA Membership Milestone Awards, this recognition celebrates organizations whose longstanding partnership has helped strengthen hospitals and improve the health of communities across the nation.

“Reaching 100 years of membership is an extraordinary milestone,” said Rebecca Jolley, Regional Executive for the American Hospital Association. “Vanderbilt University Medical Center has long been a leader in patient care, research, education, and innovation. We are honored to recognize its enduring partnership with the AHA and its continued commitment to improving health care.” Jolley presented the award in person to Jane Freedman, MD, Deputy CEO and Chief Health System Officer for Vanderbilt Health.

Jolley added: “The American Hospital Association congratulates Vanderbilt University Medical Center on this historic achievement and thanks its leaders, caregivers, and staff for a century of service and partnership.”
