Peter Max exhibition to benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt

The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt will benefit from a special exhibition by artist Peter Max. An impressive collection of paintings by the artist will be on view and available for acquisition at the Rymer Gallery, 233 5th Ave. N., beginning with a special “uncrating” event Friday, Nov. 9. The event is free and open to the public.

Max will be exhibiting his images of two of Taylor Swift’s album covers as well as debut a rendition of the Nashville skyline.

The exhibition will extend through Nov.18, and Max will make appearances at the gallery Saturday, Nov. 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 18, from 1 to 4 p.m.
