The MyWorkday team will be in person on the Nashville campus and the regional hospitals—stop by to learn more about the project. Employees can get important information and chat with a member of the team before the April 1 Go Live of the MyWorkday project.

VUMC Plaza (Downtown Campus):
- March 15: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- March 16: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- March 22: 7 – 9 a.m.
Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (Cafeteria):
- March 14: 7 – 9 a.m.
Vanderbilt Bedford County Hospital (Cafeteria):
- March 17: 7 – 9 a.m.
