Starting Monday Dec, 2 at 5 a.m. and continuing to Wednesday Dec. 18, 23rd Ave. S. will be blocked at the exit to Children’s Way by the South Garage and will affect one lane of traffic on Children’s Way to allow utility work for new construction to take place.
This work will be done Monday through Friday and officers will be on site to help with pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
