Velour Vanderbilt — “Vee Vee,” as she is affectionately called — is a 3-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who along with Squid, a black Labrador retriever, are facility dogs who delight and comfort patients, families and staff at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
