Yahoo News and MSN have picked up the NBC News story with Matthew Alexander, MD, PhD, assistant professor of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, commenting on a study that shows air filters can lower blood pressure for adults who live near highways.

Danxia Yu, PhD, associate professor of Medicine, was quoted in a Prevention story about the link between ultra-processed foods and lung cancer.

Matthew Schrag, MD, PhD, assistant professor of Neurology, was quoted in a STAT story on using lithium as a treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.

WTVF News Channel 5 covered the Hyundai Hope on Wheels event held at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
