Today’s Cats of the Day is are Rosie and Macy Lou, submitted by Kathleen Mandato of HR eStar Training and Delivery. “Rosie (top) and Macy Lou (bottom) enjoying fresh summer air on the back porch in their cat tree-on full bird patrol!”

Today’s Dog of the Day is Heath, submitted by Caleb Hayes of Cardiology and Ellen Hayes of Concierge Medicine. “Heath is our 2-year-old German shepherd mix who was our first and only foster fail from the humane shelter. He is full of energy and loves nothing more than chasing squirrels and other critters. He thinks he’s in charge; he loves to “herd” or “guide” us wherever we go and his favorite place to be is resting on our feet or in the middle of the kitchen while we’re cooking.”
Rosie, Macy Lou and Heath were featured in the Oct. 22, 2026, edition of MyVUMC News.
