Access to women’s health and midwifery services is now more convenient than ever for Lebanon and Wilson County residents with the opening of the new Center for Women’s Health Lebanon outpatient clinic, set to open Sept. 9.

Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center at Wilson County is slated to open Aug. 31 with a full array of highly specialized services, including diagnostic assessments, medical oncology and radiation oncology.

Jeanne Yeatman, MBA, MOM, RN, CMTE, EMT, associate nursing officer and executive director of Vanderbilt LifeFlight, has been named interim chief nursing officer of Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH).

The Vanderbilt Health website now features an out-of-pocket cost estimator for many hospital and professional services offered by Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

On July 16, Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital’s (VWCH) Emergency Department transitioned to become part of Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Department of Emergency Medicine. The VWCH Emergency Department was previously staffed through physicians from a contracted agency.

To support Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s growing footprint in Nashville’s surrounding regions, VUMC has appointed three physicians to direct medical care in Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson and Maury counties.

As Vanderbilt continues to care for COVID-19 patients, other care, including clinic visits and elective surgeries, begin again.
