Year in Review 2019: New appointments bolster VUMC’s core missions

Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt staff gathered recently to celebrate the hospital’s performance in the recent U.S. News & World Report ranking of America’s Best Children’s Hospitals. For the 13th consecutive year, Children’s Hospital was named among the nation’s leaders in pediatric health care by the magazine in its annual ranking released in June. Children’s Hospital once again achieved a maximum of 10 out of 10 pediatric specialty programs to be nationally ranked. Year in Review 2019: Medical Center lauded on numerous national rankings

During the past year, Vanderbilt University Medical Center placed highly in several national rankings and was honored with numerous awards.

The Voices of Vanderbilt Choir performed holiday songs at Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks last week. The choir also performed several shows on the main campus to celebrate the season.
