Families recently gathered for the annual Arrington Vineyards Harvest Party. The event, now in its eighth year, again benefited Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. New this year, proceeds supported neonatology training and research. The daylong Harvest Party, sponsored by Delta Dental of Tennessee and Pinnacle Bank, featured food, drinks and a concert by country music star and Arrington Vineyards co-owner Kix Brooks. Families recently gathered for the annual Arrington Vineyards Harvest Party.

Last weekend, people who are uninsured received free treatments for outpatient upper extremity conditions at Vanderbilt Bone & Joint in Franklin.

Event provided free hand surgeries for uninsured patients

Hand surgeons and other Vanderbilt Health staff offered surgeries to people who are uninsured and need surgical treatment for outpatient upper extremity conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome and ganglion cysts.
