Three Vanderbilt physicians named ASCO fellows

Three Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center physicians were recently named fellows of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Three Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center physicians were recently named fellows of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) for their records of volunteer service, dedication and commitment to the organization.

The 2023 inductees are: Vicki Keedy, MD, MSCI, associate professor of Medicine and clinical director of the Sarcoma Program; Travis Osterman, DO, MS, Associate Vice President for Research Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Ingram Associate Professor for Cancer Research; and Kimryn Rathmell, MD, PhD,

MMHC, the Hugh Jackson Morgan Professor of Medicine and chair of the Department of Medicine.

Additionally, Vanderbilt-Ingram researchers had a robust presence at the annual meeting. More than two dozen of them participated with oral presentations, research abstracts or posters. The content they provided included data from ongoing clinical trials, guidance on leadership and diversity, and information on implementing technological innovations.
