All Mobile Heartbeat users with 615-421-XXXX and 629-248-XXXX numbers will change to 629-297-XXXX on June 11. These new numbers are needed due to split of phone systems between VUMC and VU, and VUMC is out of phone numbers for Mobile Heartbeat.
This affects all Mobile Heartbeat users who use a shared device.

- Numbers will be automatically updated in:
- Mobile Heartbeat
- Responder 5
- Infor Workforce Management (formerly VandyWorks)
- eStar SER (Providers Only)
- eStar Paging/Synergy Paging Callback Phone Number
- Anyone calling a Mobile Heartbeat user MUST dial the full 10 digits from any phone, including VUMC desk phone
- An email will be sent ahead of time with a spreadsheet informing affected users know their new number
- Users are expected to inform all contacts of the new number to be utilized
