A downtime impacting the NEC telephones has been scheduled for April 27 from 1-2 a.m. CDT. This will affect NEC telephones only. This will not impact Skype for Business, Teams phones, cellular phones including Push to Talk, Mobile Heartbeat phones, or Cisco phones.
VUMC IT will redirect the NEC phones to the Red Phone System. Please use the Red Phones on your department floor during the downtime. To ensure your department’s Red Phone reconnect number is correct, please click here. If you need to update the reconnect number, please dial 11-611.
