Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) Copilot is now available on iPads via Canto version 11.4.1 for the use of all clinicians in ambulatory and emergency departments.
Be sure to update Canto to 11.4.1 in the app store. This will ensure DAX works appropriately. Download and configure Canto on your iPad See tip sheet: Downloading & Configuring Haiku and Canto Select your patient from either the: ED Track Board Clinic Schedule Launch DAX Copilot.
The iPad must have iPadOS 16+ running to support DAX Copilot
Remember to always verbally consent the patient for the recording prior to utilizing DAX. Use .DAXCONSENT to document to consent in your note.
