eStar update: Inpatient non-VMG referral requisitions no longer auto-print

In order to minimize paper waste, non-VMG referral requisitions will no print automatically when orders are signed.

However, user can print on demand if desired, following these steps:

1. Click Chart Review
2. Click Referrals
3. Select referral you want to print
4. Click blue referral order link
5. Click blue reprint order requisition
6. Click the print button
