The Division supports Vanderbilt Health’s various entities such as Vanderbilt University Hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and Vanderbilt Health Services, along with Vanderbilt Health’s regional hospitals and ambulatory clinics.

Access to the new center’s services will be limited to existing adult Vanderbilt Health patients referred by Vanderbilt Health clinicians. The center will not accept walk-up patients or referrals from providers outside the Vanderbilt Health system.

After 15 years of distinguished leadership at Vanderbilt Health, Seth Karp, MD, the H. William Scott Jr. Professor of Surgery, will be stepping down as System Surgeon-in-Chief and Chair of the Section of Surgical Sciences on Oct. 15.

Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital’s mission is to strengthen and expand local access to health care and improve the overall health of the community.
