Jeffrey Neul, M.D., Ph.D., division head of Child Neurology and vice chair for Developmental Neurosciences at the University of California, San Diego, has been named the new director of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center. He will join Vanderbilt on Aug. 1.

Churchwell named chief diversity officer for VUMC

Dr. Andre Churchwell has been named to the newly created role of chief diversity officer for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In this role, he will continue to oversee the Office for Diversity Affairs in the School of Medicine while also engaging with other leaders across VUMC to create new opportunities for increasing diversity and inclusion.
