Santa made a visit to Seacrest Studio at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt Tuesday.

To expand capabilities for hosting and tracking continuing education credits in the health professions, Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Office of Continuous Professional Development (OcPD) is implementing a new software system.

The Junior League of Nashville held its annual “wrapping party” on Monday, Dec. 10, where volunteers wrapped gifts and toys to be distributed to patients at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt LifeFlight is part of an elite group of air ambulance services across the country that offer emergency transport of critically ill patients who are on Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), and it is the first helicopter program in Tennessee to offer this highly skilled, specialized transport.
