Vanderbilt University and Medical Center faculty, staff, students and volunteers will once again have the opportunity to be part of a mass flu vaccination event that three years ago more than doubled the current world record for the total number of vaccinations given in an eight-hour period.

Vanderbilt faculty, staff and students turned out in droves and rolled up their sleeves for Wednesday’s Flulapalooza 3 mass vaccination event.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s hand hygiene committee will host its annual Hand Hygiene Awareness Day with hand hygiene tables set up outside the Flulapalooza tent on Wednesday, Oct. 17, and Thursday, Oct. 18.
