The Panda Cares Center of Hope will focus on four key pillars of pediatric health care programs and services, not only for patients but also for their siblings and caregivers.

Perdikis now holds the recently established G. Patrick Maxwell, M.D. Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Until 2004, Nashville was the only city among the top 25 in the nation that didn’t have a freestanding hospital dedicated to serving children and their families.  

Members of Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Canby Robinson Society recently joined CEO and President Jeff Balser, MD, PhD, and his wife, Melinda, at Cheekwood Botanic Hall for the Spring Donor Celebration, an annual event honoring donors for their loyal support.

The Iroquois Steeplechase, Nashville’s iconic sporting event benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, has named its honorary co-chairs and child ambassador for the 2024 race, set for Saturday, May 11.

The third annual Swim Across America – Nashville was held April 21 at Ensworth Natatorium on the Ensworth School’s Frist Campus. The event raises funds for research at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.
