Three Ingram family members are making gifts totaling $20 million to name Vanderbilt University’s newest College Hall in honor of their late father and former Board of Trust member, E. Bronson Ingram.

Nicole Perry, a graduate student in Pharmacology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, is one of 100 doctoral students in the United States and Canada selected to receive a $15,000 P.E.O. Scholar Award this year from the P.E.O. Sisterhood, a philanthropic educational organization based in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dance Marathon, Vanderbilt’s largest student-led philanthropic organization, raised a record $282,332 to benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt during its recent annual event.
