Kelly Schlendorf, MD, MHS, assistant professor of Medicine, has been named medical director of Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s (VUMC) Adult Heart Transplant Program.

Eric Gamazon, PhD, research instructor in the Division of Genetic Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, is spending part of the academic year at Cambridge University in England as one of 40 Clare Hall Visiting Fellows.

Laboratory and administrative personnel at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine were honored last week for research excellence during the 14th annual Research Staff Awards luncheon at the University Club.
