Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program that supports newly licensed RNs as they transition from students to professional nurses.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center has received a fourth consecutive Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the organization announced in a conference call on Nov. 17.

Nurse residency program gains second PTAP accreditation
