Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) has once again been named among the nation’s “most-wired” hospitals and health systems for its innovative efforts in medical technology.

Christine Lovly, M.D., Ph.D., assistant professor of Medicine and Cancer Biology, has been selected to testify before members of Congress about the importance of cancer research, including early training programs for individuals interested in science.

William Riddle, Ph.D., research assistant professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, died June 8 following a long battle with multiple sclerosis. He was 65.
