Kristi Sherrod, RN, works at the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Clarksville Dunlop Lane clinic. She is one of the latest Vanderbilt Health DAISY Award winners.

Michelle Gontko, BSN, RN, works in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care unit at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She is one of the latest Vanderbilt Health DAISY Award winners.

Katie Leavy, RN, works in the Labor and Delivery unit at Vanderbilt University Hospital. She is one of the latest Vanderbilt Health DAISY Award winners.

The former Vanderbilt University School of Medicine student and Vanderbilt Health resident spent 15 years on the faculty of the University of Louisville.

In her new role, Taylor will continue providing strategic leadership for nursing practice across more than 400 ambulatory clinical sites across Middle Tennessee, providing diagnostic, surgical, infusion, primary care, specialty care and home-based services.

In this dual capacity, Martin will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving growth and supporting care teams, reflecting both the importance of the function and the strong leadership she brings to VBCH. 

Horst contributes to the development of digital health at Vanderbilt Health as a HealthIT medical director, Epic physician builder and physician champion, and as a steering committee member of the Clinical Informatics Center.
